A catalog run isn’t one good shot. It’s a hundred SKUs, several shoot days, and every image having to look like it came from the same set — because it did, and it should look like it. That’s the actual problem a seasonal catalog buyer is solving, and it’s the one we build the process around.
Before we shoot the run, we shoot one sample and send it to you. You sign off on styling, angle and lighting. Only after that do we shoot the rest of the SKU list to match. That’s not a formality — it’s how image 4 ends up looking like image 94, shot two days later under different light.
If the finished run doesn’t match the sample you approved, we reshoot it at our cost. That’s not a revision — it’s us fixing our own miss.
Casting, styling and props are locked before the shoot day starts, not decided on set. Two studios, daylight or strobe, tethered — you’re on set or watching the feed remotely, and approvals happen in real time either way. That’s what keeps a multi-day run on one visual track instead of drifting.
Files are delivered platform-ready and named to your system — one folder, one link, hi-res and web-ready, tagged for print layout, Shopify, Amazon or lookbook use. Amazon and Shopify spec compliance is handled before delivery, not after.
2–3 weeks for a catalog run. Send a line sheet, a SKU list or a mood board and we come back within 48 hours with a shot list, a mood deck and a budget. Rush turnaround exists but is quoted case by case once we know the SKU count and the deadline.
A volume model exists for runs of this size — the more SKUs on one run, the lower the cost per image. Projects typically start at $750, or 10 SKUs for packshot work. How a quote is put together →
Full, unlimited usage rights to every image — web, print, social, paid media, wholesale, in perpetuity, no extra licensing fees. We retain copyright and the right to show the work in our own portfolio. Worth knowing before you’re doing the math on a run this size: there’s no per-channel licence and no renewal invoice next season.
Shooting pre-season or unreleased product for a catalog is normal. We sign NDAs on request — no charge, no fuss. Just ask before you ship.
Tell us the SKU count, the season, and when the catalog needs to be live. We’ll come back with a shot list, a mood deck and a budget within 48 hours.
