SEND-IN PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

Canada-wide

You don’t need to be in the room for your product photography to be exact. Ship your samples to our Toronto studio and we shoot them to a look you’ve already approved.

You approve the look before we shoot the run

We shoot one sample first and send it over. Once you’ve signed off on styling, angle and lighting, we shoot the rest of the run to match it. No surprises at the end, and no whole-run reshoot because something drifted on day two.

This is the same first-article approval that manufacturing uses to de-risk a production run, applied to a camera instead of a machine. You see the result before it’s multiplied across your whole SKU list.

If the run doesn’t match, we fix it — at our cost

If the finished run doesn’t match the sample you already approved, we reshoot it. At our cost. That’s not a revision, and it doesn’t count against anything else — it’s us fixing our own miss.

That backstop is why one round of retouching, further down this page, is enough. The thing most likely to actually go wrong — a whole run drifting off the agreed look — is already covered, uncapped, for free.

NDAs, on request, no charge

Shooting something pre-season or unreleased? We sign NDAs on request. No charge, no fuss, no back-and-forth about which template — send yours or ask for ours.

Tell us before you ship

Once you’re ready, let us know what’s coming. Send the tracking number the moment it’s out the door. We’ll confirm the moment it lands, so your samples are never sitting in a courier depot wondering if anyone’s expecting them.

We’ll confirm any drop-off specifics — like who to flag it to — once we’ve talked. The address is below. Shipping is on you, both directions; the coordination is on us.

Your samples come back as they came in, allowing for handling

Garments get steamed, pinned and worn on models. Bags get stuffed and handled to hold their shape. We treat every sample like it’s going back on a shelf — but shooting a product means handling it, so we can’t promise it comes back in sellable condition.

You insure your own goods for the trip; we don’t carry insurance on client product while it’s with us. If a sample has to stay pristine — an heirloom piece, a one-of-one prototype, anything you can’t replace — tell us before you ship it and we’ll shoot it accordingly.

Once you’ve approved all the images, your product goes back in the mail. We don’t hold it any longer than that.

What’s included

One round of retouching comes with every send-in shoot: colour, crop, cleanup, background work and file naming to your spec. That covers the normal give-and-take of getting an image camera-ready.

Re-lighting or restyling a sample is different — that means putting it back on set, which is new work, and it’s quoted separately. The one exception is the one above: if the delivered run doesn’t match your approved sample, that reshoot is on us, not billed, not counted as a round.

We don’t publish receiving hours, because you tell us what’s coming and we’re expecting it — that’s the arrangement above, not an office schedule to work around.

Get a quote

Send your product list and we’ll come back with a shot list, a plan for the sample approval, and a quote. Turnaround is confirmed with your quote, once we know the volume and the formats.
